Team Up Academy’s 30-Day Bootcamp is an intensive, hands-on training program built on our Lifeline for Success approach — combining skills training, job placement, mentorship, and personal development. Over the course of one month, participants gain the tools, confidence, and connections to become successful, contributing members of the community while preparing for long-term employment in the automotive and industrial industries.

WHO CAN APPLY?
We welcome motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

Men and women 18 years or older
High school graduates (or equivalent)
Have an interest in learning about aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing.
Can commit to the full 30-day program (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Our 30-Day Boot Camp program follows a Lifeline for Success approach, placing an emphasis on training, employment, mentorship, and achieving success. Participants will gain the tools and back up they need to be successful and prosperous members of the community- while being prepared for long-term employment in the Automotive and Industrial industries.

Applicants Must Meet All the Following Requirements:
• Are 18 year or older

• Have an interest in learning about the Automotive or Industrial Industries
• Committed to attending to the full 30-day Boot Camp held Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
